"Effortless Tuscan elegance blends with rugged Texas beauty at this B&B and vineyard, which is also home to the acclaimed  Restaurant Aubergine.

It’s all about personalized service at Sabor a Pasion. Owner and chef Simon Webster arranges wine tastings, hog hunting trips, and family-style pizza dinners from the outdoor oven. He even delivers desserts by plane.

“I live here, so you’re getting personalized service from the minute you arrive,” says Webster. “We can tailor anything to what people want.”

"Although it’s only five minutes from Palestine, the property affords a sense of seclusion and escape.

The narrow, winding road that leads to the estate is lined with dogwoods and pine trees, and just about the time you think you might be lost, a “Sabor a Pasion” sign assures you that you’re on the right track.

A long driveway, flanked by pastures where horses graze, curves up a hill, revealing four quaint cabins, a low-slung ranch house, restaurant, and acres of vineyards."

"This was a very quiet, serene place to be for a weekend.

Simon set up a private table on the deck in front of the vineyard for my husband and I to dine while watching the sunset. It was so peaceful and romantic. The food was absolutely delicious! I didn't eat anything that I didn't like!

We stayed in a cabin and it was perfect. Simon is very attentive and friendly to his customers. We had a lovely weekend getaway from city life. You have to go spend a weekend at this place!"
