Bill has been my mechanic for over 20 years. Not just the nicest guy reasonable honest dependable I highly recommend him.

He's been very proactive and helpful in keeping my car in tip top shape, and only recommends things that make sense to me (rather than attempt to profit). A gem!

Bills Auto is always honest and reliable. He listens to concerns, confirms what you want, will be honest about what you need and how long you can go without it if your short on cash for eg. He has saved me tons on huge repairs using kits and wedling, etc with his talented staff. Ive tried other high rated mechanics in the area and they start out good, but either quality degrades or prices get whack over time, so I keep coming back to consistent Billy. They make my car purr and i feel safe driving it even tho its over 11 years old!

well he totally took care of me, fixed this and that for way less that what Hogan had told me. i had asked him to put on the windshield wipers that were in my trunk cuz i couldn't figure them out, so he tried, they didn't fit, so he went and bought me the correct ones and put them on.... oh yea and he noticed my sticker was almost expired, so he took it for a new sticker!!!

i'll never go to another guy again! i found my guy!! my junker shall last me another year yet!

Upgraded the brakes on my 2012 Ford Fusion Sport. Ordered the Drilled and Slotted Rotors and Ceramic Pads from Jegs. Cousin recommended having BIll do the work. So satisfied. Took me on-time, delivered on-time. So satisfied I am sending future daughter-in-law over for the same upgrade. Bill keeps me safe. When you go fast, you have to stop fast. Thanks Bill.

We just recently moved to MA and needed the 15k maintenance on our car. With all the change finding a reliable mechanic became a priority. Thankfully, we found Bill's and met Pedro. With a new job, taking time from work wasn't an option. But Pedro was able to accommodate me. Even after the first blizzard of 2017, Pedro was there at 7:30am, just as he had promised. He took care of the service requirements and made customer service a priority, which should be important to everyone. The price was super reasonable and well worth it and and exceptional service made me feel Bill's is now our mechanic in MA. Thank you, Pedro, for a very positive experience! I've just opened a PreOwned Auto Dealership in Waltham, and was in need of a good mechanic to partner with. I was recommended to Bill's Auto by many different people, many of whom are in Law Enforcement. I met with Bill and immediately felt comfortable. We have been sending our vehicles for service now since May, and not only does Bill do all of our work, but we are recommending that our customers use him as well. There are not that many trustworthy mechanics out there any more, however Bill's Auto is one of them. Conveniently located and great service. Heading out on a business trip and was going to take my car to a quickie oil change place but stopped by Bill's and he scheduled me in for the next morning to check my car out for my business trip. Oil change, fluids and tire rotation and I had my car back well before noontime!

My family does all our auto work exclusively through Bill's. He is the nicest guy you will ever meet, and always is fair and honest. He goes out of his way to get what you need done, and has even at times told me not to do some work on my car because it simply wasn't worth it. Seriously, a mechanic turning down work. Clearly it is not about the money for Bill, but about the people. I cannot recommend him enough.
