PERU GILMER CORDOVA-MEJIA

APRICOT, MELON, TOFFEE, MILK CHOCOLATE, MARSHMALLOW

We have been buying coffee from Gilmer Cordova Mejia and his family since 2016! In Incan mythology, Pachamama is a goddess worshiped by the indigenous people of the Andes. The respect Gilmer and his family have for the land is also way of life, with Gilmer and his brother referencing Pachamama as a guiding influence in their work.

Sparkling, Honeydew Melon, Silky, Honeysuckle, Tart Plum

This coffee was grown by Jairo Arcila at the Santa Monica farm in Quindio, Colombia. It is 100% Pink Bourbon which is one of the most unique and floral coffee varieties available. It was recently discovered in Huila, Colombia as a natural hybridization of red and yellow bourbon. This delicate varietal has quickly become one of the most sought after varietals in the world.

We are thrilled to offer this unique coffee with its distinctive flavor profile and an indigenous history that dates back to the Incan empire! Think of this as an elevated everyday coffee experience. The honey process yields a delicate floral cup profile and a silky, buttery smooth body. It's a cup of coffee that you can enjoy over and over again!

 

COLOMBIA SAN VICENTE

This Coffee Is produced by many small-holding farmers in the region of Huila, Colombia. Which is known for high quality due to its volcanic ash soil, high altitude, and annual rainfall. Specifically, the town of San Vicente has become known for its great coffee. This coffee is a wonderful example of the washed process and highlights those Classic Colombian coffees we have come to love.

ETHIOPIA KAYON MOUNTAIN

JUICY, FLORAL, VANILLA, CANDIED BERGAMOT, JASMINE, BERRY

The Kayon Mountain Coffee Farm is located 510 kilometers south of Addis Ababa, owned and operated by Ismael Hassen Aredo and his family since 2012. Ismael is meticulous about not only the structure and management of the farm itself but also the harvesting and processing. Both Natural and Washed lots are produced on the property.
