La Verne Towne Center Cleaners

This place is the best cleaners! I went through several tryouts with other cleaners and this one was the best in quality, service and value. I had several of my partners pants dry cleaned, dresses and stitching/repairs. I moved two years ago and I haven't found one with the same personal attention like this cleaner. If I could I drive to them.
I even called to see if I forgot an item from two years ago and they checked and looked in their records. Unfortunately I did not locate it, but the fact that that they looked for it, five stars!

I love the service there, I forgot my son's prom suit there and they gave a call to remind me to pick it up.

I will tell you what. I was in a crunch and La Verne TC Cleaners came in clutch. Great value, responsive with all my requests and finished right when I needed.

I dropped off a king sized comforter and it was only 40 dollars and they got my dogs puke stains out. Just dropped off a bunch of couch cushion covers, they said 2 weeks and we told them oh okay we need them by Tuesday though so we will try somewhere else and she said she would make it happen. Love this place. Hopefully we didn't make them mad with the TAT and saying we would try somewhere else. We are moving and it would be a long drive to get them after Tuesday. We will see what the up-charge is

I'm sure they are good but they didn't do same day dry cleaning which I needed for my boyfriends trip.

Refused to take my dress to be hemmed. Told me to go buy another dress. Went down the street to another dry cleaners who took the dress and it will be ready for pickup in a few days. What a nasty lady at the counter.

I just called to get pricing for my uniforms to get pressed and the woman shouted "eight dollars!" And hung up the phone when I wasn't even done talking. I could hear people talking and I kept saying "hello?" and I got no response. As a first impression this is not how you talk to customers. All I said was "hi I was just calling to get pricing for getting my uniforms pressed". Absolutely terrible customer service.

My husband needed some dress pants hemmed for a wedding and only had a limited time to get it done . Within a few days they were ready , it was fast! They had a Friendly and personable staff too which was nice

Found a new dry cleaner right by home and it's great! They turn around my stuff quick. They also have fluff and fold and seamstress that does work to perfection.
