Julia (with the help of Jeffrey and the rest of the team) sold our property in Sacramento.

This was our first time selling a property, so there were a lot of learnings to be had. Thankfully, we had Julia and Jeffrey. In an uncertain market, they were a steady, reliable team - providing guidance, benchmarks, helping us set expectations and giving valuable feedback.

Numerous on-site visits were required throughout the process and Julia didn't hesitate to drive to the property whenever needed and to do whatever was needed - including changing a light bulb that had gone out - thank you again for that Julia!

Julia is a natural people person, which comes in handy when interacting with buyer's agents, tenants or even property managers. She is super responsive and if she doesn't know the answer to something, she finds out and circles back quickly. Julia is a star on the rise and anyone would be lucky to work with her!

Danielle, Jeffrey, Julia, and Laura (Laura & Danielle's team) are a phenomenal real estate group. We were long-time renters in the SF Bay Area and had nearly given up hope on our ability to buy a home. Thankfully, we found the A-team (Laura & Danielle's team!) that enabled us to buy a beautiful home that met our needs in the notoriously competitive--and fickle--SF Bay Area housing market.

Laura & Danielle's team kindly accompanied us to see many homes: they did not hesitate to drive over bridges, meet us after work, on weekends, or any other time we asked to meet up with their team. We had unique needs that were no match for their expertise; whenever we suggested looking at a different neighborhood or city, they were able to provide spot-on recommendations and unique insights that enabled us to further refine our search. Eventually, we were successful in bidding on a lovely craftsman home in the Elmwood neighborhood of Berkeley.

In addition to being a tremendous realty team, we trust them implicitly and were impressed with their high ethical standards. They did not try to force fit us into a home that would exceed our budget - they were also forthcoming about when a home needed work or homes that seemed like "deals" when, in reality, they would likely end up being financial albatrosses over the long-term. The team's background in construction and contracting proved to be especially valuable in this very tight and competitive real estate market.

In summary, we give Laura & Danielle's team our highest recommendation and would unequivocally turn to this All-Star team again for our next home purchase or sale in the SF Bay Area.

These guys are the best (with special shout-out to Julia!) As first-time homebuyers we had some unsuccessful stints in the housing market earlier. We decided to find someone new. Julia and Jeffrey helped us in every step of the way. Julia was primarily handling all our work and she was always on top of things. She helped us understand disclosures, the entire process from mortgage to fixing things in the house! Jeffrey's knowledge on construction was very helpful in understanding the costs of any work to be done in the house.

After having a mediocre experience with a real estate agent buying our first home in SF, we were interested in finding someone else to work with for our next home purchase. Our friends recommended Laura and team after having bought their first home with them in Potrero Hill. We worked with them for 3 months, from 03/2022-06/2022, with Jeffrey as our main point of contact. We weren't sure if we should stay in SF or move over to East Bay, which we weren't as familiar with. Laura and Jeffrey took the time to show us around different neighborhoods in the East Bay to get a feel for where we might want to move, but they also brought us to showings in SF that might fit what we were looking for.

We ended up making 5 offers in SF before we were successful with an offer in Oakland. While the process was rough, each time we made an offer Jeffrey provided us with comps to feel confident in our offer. He'd walk us through the house and take a detailed read through disclosures to highlight anything we should note. He was realistic about what was likely to be accepted or not.

We would not have gotten our house in Oakland if we hadn't worked with Laura's team. Even though there was a higher all-cash offer, we were able to get our house because of Jeffrey's relationship with the seller realtor. Most impressive is how much work Jeffrey has put into getting the house ready for us to move in. He's scheduled pest control, worked extensively with the contractor and gone to the house countless times to review their work, helped us receive packages, found and booked cleaners, researched and recommended vendors, and so much more. He's truly gone above and beyond what I thought a realtor would do to ensure that we're happy with our home purchase even after we closed. Jeffrey is the best!

I primarily worked Jeffrey for approximately 5-8 months starting starting Late 2020 and finally closing in mid 2021 - there were some gaps in active searching due both circumstances in my life that generally coincided with low housing inventory in my budget/location over the winter holiday. Jeffrey was there when I wanted/needed his assistance, but also gave me space when I was too busy to keep up with the grueling process of looking for houses, reviewing disclosures, scheduling visits etc. Due to the rapidly increasing housing prices, I ended up broadening my location search, and he helped talk me through that as well, so that I could make the best decision for myself.

I can honestly say I did not enjoy the housing market in general, but Jeffrey provided valuable insight on the disclosures, general conditions/concerns about each property, and was frequently able to give a rough estimate on what it would cost to make improvements at a location. His advice helped me feel secure in my decisions/bids to make sure they were right for me (whether or not they won).

I did finally close on a lovely house that was comfortably within my budget, did not need any immediate repairs, and with his advice on a mortgage lender I was able to pull off an absurdly short closing time of something around 2 weeks when I did finally win a bid (this did help win the bid). The week when my bid was finally accepted, I actually was in the interesting position of having 2 bids selected on the same day, at the same general time and I got to choose which was better for me. I not only won my bid, my house actually appraised above the selling price.

Additionally Jeffrey checked on me several times post closing/moving, which made the process of becoming a new home owner much easier by having an additional resource I could call on. Thanks Jeffrey!

I have to give a shout out to Laura, Danielle, Jeffrey, and Julia, the mighty team that helped us with selling our Oakland home. We were in a bit of a rush, and they were so helpful with identifying contractors to get the property ready, recommending staging firms and landscapers as well. We were kept informed on progress on our home, despite being out of the area for a time. They were responsive and so helpful. I can't recommend them enough for your real estate needs.

We worked with another realtor in the East Bay for months before making the decision to work with another team. It was a tough decision at the time, but in hindsight we wish we would have made it much sooner. Laura, Danielle, and Jeffrey were extremely knowledgeable, but what we found most helpful was that they did not sugar coat or beat around the bush. We were looking for direction, and we got it. This was all the more important to us as first time time home buyers. We have since recommended them, and will continue to do so.
