Don't Forget Chefs' Gala at the Antlers Sunday Night!

The Colorado Springs Chorale announces its 26th annual Chefs’ Gala, a great opportunity to taste masterpieces created by chefs from twenty-three of the Pikes Peak Region’s finest restaurants and caterers as they go all out in the most challenging culinary competition of them all.The event, a contest between the best of local chefs in the categories of appetizers, entrées, and desserts is judged by a panel of culinary experts including this year’s principal judge, Jerry DiVecchio, former Food and Wine Editor of Sunset Magazine. Chefs’ Gala, the “always awesome” (The Colorado Springs Independent) granddaddy of the Region’s Culinary Competitions has previously been selected by the Gazette’s “GO” as “Best of the Springs, Best Charity Benefit”, and “Best Food-Music Hybrid” by the Independent. Chefs’ Gala takes place on Sunday, March 6, 2011 at the Antlers Hilton  Hotel Heritage Ballroom from 5:00 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. Reservations are $95 per person or buy nine, get one free ($855 per table of ten) and may be made by calling 719-634-3737. Gala sells out so get your reservations early.
