The David's Hope Online Auction is now open. The auction will run from 6:00pm (EST) April 24, 2010 to 8:00pm (EST) April 28, 2010.
David's Hope International (DHI) is an awareness and fundraising organization with a vision to bring hope and help to rural villages by creating sustainable living conditions. DHI was formed by a group of young people from the Washington, DC area who saw this poverty up-close on a short-term aid trip and came back aspiring to make a difference.
100% of the auction proceeds (less shipping expenses to out-of-state winners) will go to support the remote Kenyan village of Eburru, where illiteracy is rampant, basic health care is out of reach, and a close-knit community is struggling to live off a barren land. With your generous support, DHI will be able to continue their work with local missionaries to:

HOW TO COLLECT & PAY FOR WINNING ITEMS!
Auction "winners" will be notified by email on Thursday, April 29th with instructions on how to collect and pay for their item(s).
Items will be shipped by Friday, May 7th to winners located outside of the DC area.
