Everything you need to know about our Shipping Policy.

First, our online auctions offer a great way to shop. You'll find super deals on popular items, hard to find gifts and unique experiences; plus proceeds go to the worthwhile organizations you care about – a truly Good way to shop!

For Shipping instructions on a specific item, please refer to the item description for details on shipping policy, costs and instructions. If shipping information is missing or incomplete, click on the Contact us Link at the bottom of the item description page.  This will take you a page with the non profit auction contact email address.  Pease email this contact directly with any shipping questions.

Giving a Gift?

When you win or purchase an item outright, you will receive an automated email from BiddingForGood (cMarket)'s Auction Manager. You must contact the organization immediately to:

  • Inquire if gift-wrapping is available for the item
  • Make arrangements for expedited shipping & handling if needed
  • Alert them of the 3rd party recipient delivery information, including name and address, in order to ship the item directly to the lucky recipient

No one likes to show up empty handed. But that can happen when your item isn't purchased in time. Not to worry though, we can take care of that too.

In the event that your gift doesn't make it in time for special occasions, BiddingForGood offers you the chance to present your recipient with a Printable Gift Greeting Card . You can fill in details about the gift, along with information about the organization that it helps support. Simply print, complete, and give. Or send them a Gift Email, letting your gift recipient know a gift is on the way!
