Sips for Steele is a fantastic wine and craft beer tasting event to benefit Steele Elementary School PTA. In its fifth year, the event will feature an extensive offering of wines by Coaltrain Wine, craft beers by Bristol, appetizers and desserts, music & dancing, and a wide array of silent and live auction items. We are excited to invite Steele families, friends and alumni, as well as the Old North End and Patty Jewett neighborhoods to this great community event!

Profits from Sips for Steele will go towards transforming the library and community room into collaborative 21st Century learning environments with a focus on S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math)

Collaborative flexible learning spaces with innovative environments and technology tools to support student collaboration
Technology improvements with presentation tools for the students
Programs for robotics and other coding technology
S.T.E.A.M. projects including Science Night, STEM Focus Day, Arts Night, annual 5th grade Shakespeare performance and more
Funds for classrooms and teacher continuing education and workshops to support STEAM curriculum

70% of our fundraising proceeds comes from auction items! We need your support by attending the event, bidding on auction items and being at the live auction for some great group experiences like a private concert & cocktails or an Angelo Cellars wine tasting dinner.

Can't make it to Sips this year? You can still support Steele by bidding on silent auction items remotely W. You don't need to be present to bid or win! Bidding closes at 8:30pm on Saturday, March 16. Winning bidders can pick up their items at school, or we can ship. And, please forward the Sips Auction link to your friends and families. Anyone, anywhere can bid and help support Steele!

Tickets are $30 pre-paid or $35 day-of-event and at the door. Steele teachers and staff are $25 pre-paid. Dress is casual fun!

Star Gymnastics (Steele alumni family!) is having a Parent's Night Out for your kiddo's to enjoy as you enjoy Sips for Steele! There will be lots of supervised fun in their open gym!
