We look forward to seeing you on Saturday as we Set Sail on the S.S. Springer. 

Our auction event is March 23, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. at the University Club of Palo Alto. We still have a few tickets left if you would like to join us. Tickets may be purchased by clicking on the order tickets button on the right. We are featuring a seated dinner this year and all tickets must be purchased by March 22, 2013.

How do I sign up for the Springer parties if I can’t attend the auction?

Sign up Post Auction - After the Auction Event, we will send out an email to the school community detailing the parties that still have space available and the necessary contact information. If there is space, You will be able to sign up with the hosts directly after the Auction Event. There is no guarantee that spaces at parties with limited capacity will be available for bid after the Auction Event. 

 

 

Auction Guidelines

Auction Items

  • Generous parents and community members have donated the online and event auctions' items. We have attempted to catalog and describe the items correctly. We apologize for any errors, changes, or omissions. All items are sold “as is.” Please note:by offering an item for auction, the auction committee makes no endorsement or recommendation of the business or item.

Restrictions

  • Both parties must mutually agree upon all dates and services or events in advance. Some items have an expiration date. The item or items you purchase as the successful bidder are not warranted or guaranteed. If you bid on an event with a specified date, there will be no refunds if you do not attend the event. Additionally, the event bid is not transferable.

Exclusivity

  • Some items and events are available for Springer Community members and students only. If you are relative of a Springer student and would like to bid for their benefit, please click ask a question about this item on the item details page.

Payment and Receipt

  • Payment for all auction items must be made in full. Visa or MasterCard payments will be accepted. Checks will be accepted at the time of pick up. All sales are final; no exchanges or refunds are possible. All items will be available for pick up at the school the week following the auction and in some cases will be mailed to you. Specific dates and instructions will be emailed to successful bidders. Please see special note in the item details for exceptions.
