The Online Auction is Open!

The "Fr. Pollard's Deep-Fried or Smoked Turkey Auction" to Benefit Saint John the Beloved Academy is now open. The auction will run from November 20, 2019 at 7:00 pm to November 24, 2019 at 11:59 pm, with proceeds going to Saint John the Beloved Academy. 

Father Pollard will deep-fry or smoke a total of SIX turkeys for pickup on Thanksgiving morning. 

We are auctioning:

• 3 - Local Free-Range Turkeys 16-18 lbs. from the Organic Butcher of McLean (reail $4.99/lb.)
• 3 - Kelly Bronze Virginia Heritage-Breed Pasture-Raised Turkeys 15-17 lbs. from the Organic Butcher of McLean (retail $12.99/lb.) Considered the Rolls Royce of turkeys, Kelly Bronze's slow growing, foraging heritage-breed turkeys are juicy and full of flavor.
