The WGES Online Auction Is Now Open!

The online portion of Emerald Cowboy is now open!

Proceeds go to Walnut Grove Elementary School PTO, which supports our kids and teachers by providing supplemental programs and materials.

We've got your usual favorites, such as the always-exciting Kids Take Over the Day, VIP Seating, and WGES Announcement Guest Spot auctions.  NEW this year is the 4th Grade Clap Out Leader and Party Board.  Check 'em out!

The auction opens on February 16 at 8:00 a.m. and will close on Thursday, March 1 at 9:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. central time.
***PLEASE NOTE THE TWO CLOSING TIMES!*** 

On Thursday, March 1, ONLY the Kids Take Over the Day auction for TEACHER slots will close at 9:30 p.m., while the Encore and Staff positions along with everything else in the auction will close at 10:00 p.m.  That way, if you do not win the Kids Take Over the Day auction for your child's teacher, you will still have a chance to win an Encore or Staff slot or something else of your choosing.

You do not have to attend the Emerald Cowboy event on March 3 to place a bid and possibly win an online auction item.  The only exception is the sale of First Pick Raffle Tickets, which gives buyers a chance to win first choice in the silent or live auction, which does require event attendence.

Hint: When registering on the auction site, you may want to choose a username that does not reveal your identity because you'll be bidding against friends!

Please remember:

Kids Take Over the Day for Teacher slots closes March 1 at 9:30 p.m.

Everything else, including Kids Take Over the Day for Encore and Staff slots closes March 1 at 10:00 p.m.
