THAW'S online Auction is available from Tuesday, February 4th at 6 am - Monday, February 10th at 6 pm. 

Welcome.... and thank you for visiting the 11th Annual Online Auction to benefit The Heat And Warmth Fund (THAW). 

HAVING HEAT...it's something most of us take for granted!  With the extreme weather we have been having this winter, imagine not having heat in your home.  How would you survive?  Recipients of THAW assistance include the elderly, unemployed, underemployed and disabled individuals who found themselves in an energy crisis. 

Last year, THAW provided assistance to over 14,000 households helping 23,000 children (7,000 newborn to preschool age). 43% of THAW's assistance dollars are distributed outside of Wayne, Macomb or Oakland County.

Since THAW’s inception in 1985, we have provided more than $125 million in assistance to more than 175,000 Michigan residents in need. Individuals or families who are in danger of losing essential heat or lights may apply for assistance at one of THAW's screening sites throughout the state.

Winners will be notified by email at the close of the auction.  Please note:  All physical items such as baskets, artwork, sports memorabilia, jewelry, etc (NOT gift cards or certificates or tickets,etc.)  will need to be picked up from a specific location.  The location is:

The pick up days for the Physical items will be FEBRUARY 12TH AND 13TH FROM 9AM – 5 PM.   If you are unable to pick up your items in this timeframe, all items will be brought back to the THAW offices in Downtown Detroit and arrangements for pick up will need to be made. 

WE ARE NOT RELEASING ANY ITEMS UNTIL FEBRUARY 12TH.  (PHYSICAL ITEMS OR CERTIFICATES)

For those of you that have won a certificate, tickets, gift cards or anthing else of that nature that can be mailed, we will make arrangements with you to mail your item(s) after the necessary paperwork is signed.  

WE WILL NOT BE SHIPPING ANY ITEMS THIS YEAR….. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!
