Information for Winning Bidders
Winners of Merchandise Items are welcome to come pick up their items at WXXI (280 State Street, Rochester, NY 14614) on these dates and times:
- Saturday, May 13th from 9 AM to 12 PM
- Thursday, May 18th from 4 PM to 7 PM
If you are not able to make the above open pick-up times, you can contact the Auction at auction@wxxi.org or by calling (585) 258-0287 to schedule a pick-up date and time, or to request shipping.
**Winners of over-sized merchandise (ex. wooden canoe, Stickley furniture) will be contacted directly by the Auction office to schedule pick-up separately.
Certificates will be mailed directly to winning bidders no later than 1 week from the close of the Auction. The WXXI Auction is not responsible for any certificates lost due to an incorrect address in a bidder's account.
