Item Description
You'll love our super clean and modern guest suite with water views on 3 sides (part of a new modern-style waterfront home). The suite looks out on an active marine passage featuring ferries, yachts and occasional Navy vessels. Enjoy sea life such as sea lions, seals, otters, and orcas. 420 sq.-ft. unit has a queen size bed w/ privacy sliding door, small kitchenette (microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker and dishes/flatware), iron, thermostat, cable TV, Wi-Fi and hot tub inches from Puget Sound.
The Space
The space is super clean. Upon each checkout, all windows in unit are opened for 1.5 hours. All hard surfaces are cleaned and sanitized using COVID-19 recommended products. Duvet cover is laundered after each guest as are all linens and throws using hottest temperature setting.
There are no steps to climb (a gradual slope on crushed rock pathway) to access the suite.
We do our best to minimize any disturbance to our guests while living our daily lives in our part of the house and yard.
Shower only (no tub).
Couch in living room is not a foldout bed.
The queen size bed has a newer high-end mattress.
Private entrance with keypad entry.
No pets allowed.
Not a place for parties.
No visitors.
No smoking or vaping of any tobacco, marijuana or other drug anywhere on the property.
Guest access
Private patio under cover adjacent to suite with table and chairs, shared patio adjacent to water. The grounds between the house and the water are shared, but we seldom are in that area and rarely use the hot tub.
Other things to note
Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. We have two teen boys who will be reminded to keep quiet. If you are ever bothered by noise, please notify us immediately.
Fine print: Offer expires in two years from the date of the auction. Winner must review the calendar on airbnb and choose available dates. Two nights for two adults. July, August and September are the best months to visit.
