The UC Jazz Ensembles Auction is now OPEN for Bidding!
This is an important fundraising event for UC Jazz Ensembles and its success is critical.
Bidding takes place online October 29 - November 14, 2010.

You are cordially invited to attend the UC Jazz Fall Fundraiser Liave at Yoshi's Jack London Square on Monday, November 8th.
The concert will feature the Advanced Combos, UC Jazz Ensembles faculty (at 7:30pm) and the Big Band (at 10pm). Tickets are $10 student and $25 general for the 7:30pm show and $8 student and $15 general for the 10pm show. They can be purchased at yoshis.com, at (510) 642-5062 or at the door prior to the show. The Mission
UC Jazz Ensembles is dedicated to fostering a community for the performance, study, and promotion of jazz at UC Berkeley.
UC Jazz Ensembles
Serving over 70 Cal students a semester, UC Jazz is the primary venue for the study of and performance of jazz on the UC Berkeley Campus. UC Jazz Ensembles provides rehearsal space and instruction for seven combos and one big band and provides performance opportunities on and off campus.
UC Jazz Big Band
The Big Band features five saxophones, four trumpets, five trombones and a rhythm section.
UC Jazz Combos
The Combos range in size and instrumentation. A regular format includes a rhythm section with horn players and woodwinds.
