 Claiming Items

• Winning bidders will receive a purchase confirmation e-mail from the NACS Foundation.
• Foundation will e-mail winners the donating company's contact information and mail an invoice for your item(s) within the next two weeks.
• Winners need to send the confirmation e-mail to the donating company as verification of winning the package.
• Winners need to contact the donating companies as soon as possible after receiving the e-mail to make delivery arrangements.

 Paying For Items

Items will go to the highest bidder at the close of the auction. The NACS Foundation will send the winning bidders an invoice for their item(s). Winning bidders are to pay the Foundation upon receipt of invoice.

All items need to be paid for and delivered no later than July 31, 2011 unless otherwise noted in auction descriptions.
