What a great night it was!

The MPA proudly presented its 12th Annual Comedy Night on March 24, 2012.   This year we raised approximately $18,000, 280+ people attended and we auctioned over 90 fabulous items.  All of the Comedy Night net proceeds go to teacher and staff Grant-A-Wish requests, SkillsUSA, senior scholarships, student activities and more.

Now you have one final oppportunity this school year to support the students, teachers, and staff at Minuteman High School and treat yourself at the same time.

This post event auction will end on May 20, 2012.  So, tell your friends, family, community. Let the bidding begin!

THANK YOU EVERYONE!

We could not have pulled it off without months of preparation and support from Jean Fiorillo, Comedy Night Chairperson, DeAnne Dupont and dozens of other MPA members.

We want to thank Master of Ceremonies, Mr. Donato as his positive attitude and contagious laugh made for an enjoyable evening. We also thank Brenda Waslick and the Minuteman Graphic Communications Department and the talented Donna Heisler for their assistance and dedicated work on the program, posters and flyers. Also thank you to all the Minuteman staff who attended the event or helped in various ways to make this important fundraiser a success.

Finally, a special thank you to all the parents, guardians and friends of Minuteman students who bid online, attended the event and helped support this very special community.

Goals for next year are to increase our volunteer base as more parents bring their talents, resources, and knowledge to make Comedy Night a winner.  We invite freshman, sophomore and junior class parents to find a way to be part of this fun, worthwhile event for next year.
