Stewards of the Coast and Redwoods' Holiday Online Auction

November 15, 2012 to December 5, 2012

The online portion of our Holiday Auction ends at 8:00 pm on December 5th.

The event will carryover to our Annual Volunteer Celebration. (Invitation only).

If you have absentee bids we will assign someone to bid for you at the event.

Our work is as important as ever!

Stewards has been successfully operating Austin Creek State Recreation Area, an exquisite 5,600 acre wilderness area that serves 200,000 people a year. We have reopened the Bull Frog Pond campground and are providing public assistance and trail maintenance utilizing volunteers. We are working on opening up the back country campsites as well.

Stewards is also work on reopening Pomo Canyon and Willow Creek campgrounds on Sonoma Coast.

In addition, Stewards recruits and trains docents through our Docent and Community Education field seminar series.

Docents and Volunteers provide services for tens of thousands of park visitors each year. Stewards supports 350-400 active State Parks volunteers who offer education and stewardship opportunities in our parks.

We serve 6,000 school children each year with services, including docent-led environmental education programs: redwood ecology, tidepool exploration, watersheds and an Environmental Living Program.
