This year we will be "A Night To Remember" at our live auction. It will be held at Landmark on the Park on CPW @ 76th Street.
- Sophie's Cuban Cuisine, along with a cash bar serving wine, beer and a specialty drink;
- Rebecca Holt-Gilmore will be our MC;
- Auctioneer Barry Cherwin keeps things lively and moving fast; and
- and great music for "A Night To Remember."
There will be silent bidding on:
- the magnificent Art Gallery;
- We're All Winners events; and
- Raffles where your child can win time with a favorite teacher or you can win an iPod Touch and more!!!
THE FINE PRINT
Terms of Sale, in addition to Registration Terms and Agreement
Unless otherwise noted, terms of sale are as follows:
- All items must be paid in full before being released to Winning Bidder.
- Items may not be exchanged unless otherwise noted.
- Buyers will receive an e-mail regarding item collection.
- Unless otherwise noted, all items must be picked up at PS 75 on days to be designated after the online auction ends.
- Gift Certificates and other small items (CDs, tickets, small boks, etc.) can be shipped, however the cost of postage and nominal packaging cost will be added to the Winning Bid prior to shipping to Winning Bidder.
- Larger items can only be shipped when agreed to by The PS 75 Auction Committee. Please email PS75Auction@gmail.com to inquire about the availability of shipping.
- All items, gift certificates, and services won online must be used/redeemed either 1) no later than March 31, 2013, 2) at the discretion of Donor or 3) as otherwise noted in the online listing.
- No warranties are made with respect to the quality and/or value of items or services donated. All sales are "as is" and are final.
