Celebrate National Park Week and Participate in an Online Auction to Benefit Friends of Saguaro National Park.

For the duration of National Park Week (April 18-28), Friends of Saguaro National Park will be running an online auction -- with all auction proceeds being utilized to support our projects and programs benefiting Saguaro National Park in southern Arizona.  Friends of Saguaro is the nonprofit partner of the National Park Service at Saguaro, created to help the park protect wildlife and habitat, preserve cultural resources, promote environmental education, improve recreational trails, enhance visitor experiences, and build environmental stewardship.  We accomplish our mission through philanthopy, advocacy and volunteerism.

Friends of Saguaro has achieved the GuideStar Gold Level -- a leading symbol of transparency and accountability provided by GuideStar USA, the nation's premier source of nonprofit information.  The organization has been recognized for four consecutive years with the prestigious "Top-Rated" Award by GreatNonprofits (achieved by fewer than 1% of nonprofits nationwide).  And, last year, Friends of Saguaro became one of just 630 nonprofits invited to participate in "The Giving Library" -- an online directory for foundation grantmakers, as well as individual donors.
