Closing and Pickup Procedures for Winning Bidders
Online auction closes Sunday, April 13, 2014 at 11 p.m. The winning bidder will receive e-mail notification for the purchased item. The credit card on file will be charged at the time you are awarded the item. As with all auction items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No exchanges or refunds. Shipping is available at purchaser's expense. All items have an expiration date of 3/8/2015 unless indicated differently in the item's special instructions.
All items must be picked up at St. Xavier High School's X-Travaganza Office (Room 1138) on Thursday, April 17, 2013 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Items can be picked up earlier in the week upon arrangement with the X-Trav Office (hoconnor@stxavier.org or 513-761-7815 x117)
