Auction Now Open. Let the Bidding Begin!
The AbilityFirst Stroll & Roll online auction is now open. The auction will run from March 2, 2015 through March 11, 2015, ending at 10AM Pacific time. Proceeds going towards the 2015 AbilityFirst Stroll & Roll campaign, benefiting children and adults with physical and developmental disabilities - such as autism, Down syndrome, and cerebral palsy.
For almost 90 years AbilityFirst has stood for, and alongside, people with disabilities and their families. From life skills and recreational programs to camping, from employment and job training to housing, children and adults with disabilities have an opportunity to learn, thrive and succeed. Funds raised through the Stroll & Roll support all AbilityFirst programs and services.
The AbilityFirst Stroll & Roll is a signature walk event taking place on April 18, 2015 at the Universal Studios Hollywood back lot. Last year, over 1,700 people -including participants from AbilityFirst programs and their families as well as individuals from dozens of southern California businesses - ran, walked, rolled and strolled through the back lot. Everyone enjoyed the exclusive view of the backlot, meeting the Despicable Me Minions and the Laker Girls, shopping in our expo, relaxing in our beer garden, and spending the morning among friends!
