Starting on April 21st, 2015, Coastal Luxury Management will be auctioning off a number of fun and unique items to bid on to raise money for the Ment'Or BKB Foundation - and the more items we have the more money we can raise, so we're asking for your help.

This year, we are honored to announce the inaugural and exclusive food and wine festival partnership we have formed with Thomas Keller, Daniel Boulud & Jerome Bocuse’s Ment'Or BKB Foundation, formerly known as the Bocuse D'Or Foundation. We are proud to announce that the Ment’Or BKB Foundation has been named as our official charitable partner for Pebble Beach Food & Wine.

The Ment'Or BKB Foundation is a leading nonprofit organization devoted to inspiring culinary excellence in young professionals and preserving the traditions and quality of cuisine in America. Their mission is to enhance the careers of ambitious culinary professionals by offering them unique educational opportunities, internships, and access to a Culinary Council of esteemed mentors across the country. Among other programs, the organization is also responsible for selecting and training the most promising young professionals to represent the United States at the prestigious Bocuse d’Or competition, held in Lyon, France biennially.

As a non-profit organization, the Ment’or BKB Foundation relies on the ongoing efforts and charitable support from industry leaders and tastemakers like all of us. As many of us already know, building successful culinary careers can be very challenging and often cost prohibitive. And while there is an increasing interest in the culinary profession, it is now more important than ever that these young, hopeful individuals are afforded the access to opportunities which can help enrich their culinary goals and aspirations.
