The auction will run from Monday, April 27, 2015 to Wednesday, May 6, 2015, with proceeds going to CHIME Charter School in order to support important school needs such as our library, arts education, classroom materials, school-wide field trips, and a specialized physical education program.
Our Annual Spring Carnival will be held on campus on May 16, 2015 from 11am to 4pm. This event is one of our biggest fundraisers and the online and live auction are a key part of our school's success.
How to bid, win, and pay for your items:
1. Create a login ID. (You need to add a credit card to your account to bid, this card may be used for payment if won items not paid for via PayPal).
2. Select the item you want to bid on! So much to choose from!
3. Please review the conditions and restrictions carefully before bidding. Please also take note of other conditions and restrictions such as “New Customers Only” and expiration dates of gift certificates. Please note on items valued OVER $100, there is a reserve for half the value!
4. Watch the item and keep bidding! If you're the winning bidder, you'll receive an email with a link to pay for your item.
5. CHIME prefers to use PayPal; after you win your items, you will receive a "Winning Bidder" email. Payment through PayPal goes directly to CHIME's account. Login with your Paypal account or use the credit card option on the PayPal site. Should you elect to use the credit card saved upon placing your bid, we may contact you for further credit card information & verification.
6. After we have received payment confirmation, you can pick up your items at CHIME Charter starting Friday, May 8th until Friday, May 15th. Should you require shipment of your item, please let us know so we may make arrangements for shipping.
