They Needed Our Help and We Said "Yes".
The Medical Emergency Fund auction is now open. The auction will run from May 22, 2015 to May 31, 2015, with 100% of the proceeds going to the urgent medical care of some of our newest rescue dogs and cats.
In the last month we were able to save several cats and dogs with urgent medical needs - all with conditions that are treatable, but expensive.
We believe they are worth it and deserve the chance to be someone's very special, healthy, friend for life.
Meet Willow
Willow is a wonderful young terrier who was born with a heart defect. She had a heart murmur over 6 (heart murmurs are "graded" on a scale from 1 - 6 - with 6 being the worst). She came to us needing livesaving surgery so she could have a normal life.
The great news is that she is now healing from her surgery, but her surgery cost more than $3,500.
We need to raise funds so we can say "yes" to more wonderful dogs like Willow.
