Proceeds go to RAMW's Education Foundation - Educated Eats. Educated Eats is committed to promoting the restaurant and foodservice industry as a career of unlimited opportunity. Scholarships are provided to both high school students and individuals presently working in the restaurant industry, who are interested in pursuing education towards a food service and culinary profession.
