Zervas at CARRibbean: Zervas's 2016 Fundraising Auction

Join us on Saturday, April 9 from 7-11 pm at the Windsor Club for Caribbean-inspired food including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options and an open bar featuring wine, beer, and our special CarRUMba cocktail. New this year will be an additional wine tasting station sponsored by Vinodivino featuring wines that compliment the flavors of the Caribbean. Hawaiian prints or other tropical gear encouraged but completely optional. There will be leis for everyone and a photo booth!

Purchase Tickets:  Buy tickets for the live event through Tuesday, April 5 for $50/person. Starting on April 6, the ticket price increases to $75/person. Tickets are available for purchase exclusively online this year. Show your support for our teachers and staff by purchasing an extra ticket to sponsor a teacher/staff admission.

Absentee Bidding:  Don't miss out on bidding at the live event, especially for all of the Zervas community events. Purchase an "Absentee Bidding" ticket (by clicking on the "Order Tickets" button) and email the Auction Committee at pto@zervaspto.org with a list of the items for which you would like to place a bid and your maximum bid for each.

Online Pre-Sale:  From April 5-7, you can reserve your spot for select first come, first served Zervas Community events in the "Adult Zervas Pre-Sale" category. All other Zervas dinners and parties will be available exclusively at our live event (with an opportunity to bid through an absentee ticket).

Payment:  You will be charged for all winning bids placed online and at the live event through the "default" credit card in your account. A five percent processing fee will be added to all purchases.

Item Pick-Up:  Winning bidders may pick up all items on Sunday, April 10 between noon and 3 pm at the Windsor Club, 1601 Beacon Street in Waban. Please email pto@zervaspto.org if you need to make an alternative pick-up arrangement.

Tropical Accessories:  Purchase accessories for the party (or any other event!) from Stella & Dot and a percentage of each sale will be donated back to Zervas. Stella & Dot will also be selling jewelry at the event this year. Check out their catalog!
