The Bidding Continues at WAA Always Remember!       And the Winner is...!!!!

The Winner is Jim Belonger from South Milwaukee. He was the highest bidder for the 2-Day Rental of a Harley-Davidson Motorcycle. Congratulations Jim! Thanks for the support! Always Remember appreciates it.

The WAA Always Remember kick-off event was held on February 1, 2016 and donation-drives will continue throughout 2016. WAA Always Remember wishes to Remember, Honor, and Teach by making the community aware of those who fought and died to Protect our Freedoms and Preserve our 'inalienable' Rights. Also by Remembering and Honoring the 37,000+ fallen heroes resting within Wood National Cemetery by placing wreaths on their graves during the National Wreaths Across America Day Ceremony to be held December 17, 2016.

Our kick-off held on February 1 at the Hofbrauhaus in Milwaukee was a great success! They will continue to host a Silent Auction throughout the month (a voucher from the House of Harley-Davidson) and on February 29 close the month with a 'bang'. Both evenings promote a $15 wreath donation by providing a Hofbrau beer. In addition, for a lessor donation prize drawings will be available. Donations will be accepted through cash, check, and credit/debit card. Please be patient when using your credit/debit card as WAA.org is updating its website and it will take us a bit to work through the current changes.

While at the Hofbrauhaus enjoy some good German cuisine with your beer. Have your family and friends join you. Party with the old friends and even meet some new ones. Celebrate by Remembering, Honoring, and Teaching what the fallen heroes have done along with the Veterans and what the Active Military continues to do!

Proceeds from the above mentioned auction and those to follow, along with the donation-drives, are sent directly to Wreaths Across America (WAA) so they can provide the wreaths to be placed on the graves of our fallen heroes within Wood National Cemetery on December 17, 2016.
