The Learning Center for the Deaf is a nationally recognized leader in educational, therapeutic, and community services for deaf and hard of hearing children and adults. As the largest service provider for deaf children in New England, TLC relies on support from donors to help make dreams come true for deaf and hard of hearing children and their families.
