Get ready for Mardi Gras!
Join us at our 12th annual Mardi Gras Gala on Saturday, February 4, 2017, at the Grappone Conference Center in Concord. The Mardi Gras Gala raised over $107,000 last year, supporting services that provide pathways out of poverty.

Mardi Gras is a Louisiana-themed event that celebrates the culture of New Orleans, home to one of the world’s most recognized Mardi Gras festivals. Festive decorations transport guests to the French Quarter where they participate in the silent auction, games of chance, and are treated to Cajun and Creole inspired cuisine, live music, dancing and entertainment.
How can I get involved?
Sponsorship are a great way to support our services around the state while gaining valuable exposure with our 400 Mardi Gras attendees. For the 2016 event, over 40 local and statewide businesses were Mardi Gras sponsors, and many business and community leaders regularly attend the event.
Donating items to the silent and live auctions is always appreciated, as these gifts bring in valuable bids that support Catholic Charities. Last year’s silent and live auctions raised over $25,000 and was made up of over one hundred packages - including sports memorabilia and trips to Hawaii and California. Advertisements in our program book are another way for your business to get involved and support such a great cause.
