All sales are final. All items are sold as is. A bid constitutes a non-refundable, binding agreement to purchase the item. Please bid carefully. Winners are responsible for contacting donors to claim their purchases. Winners will receive an email about how to claim a purchase as soon as possible after the auction is over. The email will be sent by the MPAEF office to the email address of the “Admin Donor” contact provided at the time of donation and to the email address of the winner provided to BiddingForGood at the time of registration. The MPAEF is not able to process refunds or exchanges for any reason. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. All items and service must be redeemed by April 3, 2018 unless otherwise noted. Please observe limits on the maximum number of participants in any event in consideration of our generous donors. Please do not request duplication of an item by a donor. Winners are advised that the activities, services and products in this auction are not sponsored by the MPAEF. The MAPEF cannot guarantee and does not accept liability for any purchase; including but not limited to failure to deliver, performance and/or claims for personal injury.
