INSTRUCTIONS FOR WINNING BIDDERS
How to claim your items...
Whenever possible, we will email gift certificates to winning bidders. We will do our best send them prior to the pick up dates listed in the section below. Please be sure to check your inbox (and spam folder!) to see if your item has been sent to you prior to picking up in person so you don't have to make an unnecessary trip. If you don't receive your gift certificate item via email, then you need to pick it up in person.
Claim your item at the Panera at 1241 Centre Street in Newton Centre during one of the following days and times:
- Friday, February 9th from 8:30 am to 9:30 am
- Saturday, February 10th from 3:00 to 4:30 pm
Look for the Mason-Rice sign on a table in the back room of the restaurant.
Please contact email@example.com with any questions.
Please contact us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm that you will not be picking up your item(s) in person and to provide us with your preferred mailing address so we can send you your item(s). If any shipping costs apply, we will notify you via e-mail prior to mailing.
