¡Somos Superhéroes!  We are Superheroes!  

As part of our 2018 Spring Celebration and Fundraiser, the LeConte Elementary School PTA will be auctioning off a number of fun and unique items online.  We're asking for your help to make this year's online auction a success!  

First, contribute to the online auction! Whether you have 1 item or 100 to contribute, whether that item is worth $15 or $100, your participation is an invaluable part of our fundraising efforts.  Auction items can be anything, from shoes to toys.  Some of the most fun auction items we have are experiences and lessons offered by our own community: can you offer a dance lesson?  A special hiking trip?  A playdate for LeConte kids?  Guitar lessons? 

• You can donate your items online.  Just click on the "Donate Items" button here to contribute.  We will be in touch to arrange pickup, or you can drop your items off at the LeConte office.  
• You can donate your items in person.  Please pick up a procurement form in the teachers' lounge, fill it out, and leave your donation at the LeConte office.

Second, log on and bid!  Starting at 8:00 am April 10, log in to bid on a vast assortment of items, including gift cards to local businesses, books, clothing, jewelry, gift baskets, parties hosted by LeConte teachers and families, special art projects, and far too many other types of items to list here! New items will be added throughout the online auction, so check back often!  You can also get a sneak preview of some of the items that will only be available at the event on April 28.  This online auction will close on April 24 at 11:00 pm.  

Your auction wins can be picked up at school on Monday, April 30 and Wednesday, May 2 during pick-up and drop-off.

This year's dinner dance party and auction will be held again at the Ed Roberts Campus atrium, across the street from Ashby BART station on Adeline Street. The event will begin at 5:30, please arrive on time to maximize the hours for food, drinks, music, and bidding!

PTA funds are absolutely essential to many of the programs that make LeConte special.  And PTA funds pay for necessary supplies for all our students and teachers, from the Wednesday folders to classroom books. The majority of these funds are raised through our auction.  

But this event is more than just about fundraising. It's also a pretty great party, and   everyone’s attendance is what will make this event a success!  There will be music, food and drinks all evening, and we will DANCE!! 

Please get your tickets!  Tickets cost just $1, and include all food and drinks!  We encourage everyone to register online early to help us with our planning.  

If you can, please make an additional donation by clicking the "Donate Now" button on the upper right-hand side of the screen. Childcare will be available in the LeConte Auditorium.  LeConte kids only, siblings must be age 3 or older. More details coming soon!
