Ready, set, bid in Arlington Classics Academy's online auction!
From April 19 - 26, 2018, Arlington Classics Academy will be auctioning off a number of fun and unique teacher experiences, naming rights and more to bid on to raise money for our ACA.
Eighteen years ago, Arlington Classics Academy’s founders created an alternative to traditional public schools for parents seeking innovative, quality, individualized learning for successful student achievement. Over the years, ACA has established a strong academic track record having received the highest accountability rating from the Texas Education Agency since 2007 and a proven record of fiscal responsibility earning the 2014 Texas Honors Circle District Award as well as a perfect score on the Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas for the most recent rating. ACA remains true to the founding vision and continues to provide a challenging, enriching and rewarding educational experience to every child who attends.
ACA is a tuition-free open-enrollment public charter school serving students from Kindergarten through 9th grade. As a charter school, ACA has more freedom and flexibility in developing an enriching and challenging curriculum along with character building student activities. Our independence offers tremendous options for students and families, but it also comes with a price. Funding for charter schools is significantly less than that of traditional public schools. The Texas Charter School Association estimates that charter schools receive between $1,300 and $1,600 less in state funding per student per year. With our enrollment exceeding 1,500 students, this disparity directly impacts our mission. Our teachers, administrative staff, and Board of Directors strive each day to create an academic environment with high expectations along with an enriching and rewarding curriculum that will challenge our students and prepare them to be the future leaders of our community. Strong financial support from the ACA community and its supporters have been instrumental in funding our goals.
Your generous donations help Arlington Classics Academy provide our students with the highest level of instruction based on their individual needs as we work to develop the future leaders of our community. Thank you for your support.
