The Global Fund for Widows Online Auction 2019
The Global Fund for Widows Silent Auction will run from November 11, 2019 to November 14, 2019, with the live auction hosted by Christie's President Mr. Brook Hazelton taking place on November 14, 2019 at The Loeb Boathouse in New York City's Central Park!
Proceeds go to Global Fund for Widows in order to economically empower the world's most vulnerable women: Widows.
Our wonderful auction items this year range from a fully stocked VIP Suite for 16 guests to watch the Brooklyn Nets take on the Golden State Warriers at the Barclay Center, to makeup and hair care baskets from NARS and Milbon. We are also auctioning a private shopping party from Alice & Olivia, and goodies ranging from Pittsburgh Pirates Home Field Tickets and Experience, to hot restaurant reservations, and everything in between!

The Global Fund for Widows is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering widows and female-headed households around the globe. We do this by building banks for the world's widows, and by offering small amounts of capital to help women launch sustainable micro-enterprises, provide financial and skills-based training programs in order to help lift their families out of economic vulnerability. The aim is to give them more income, more ability to feed the children and take control of their lives. To date, we’ve helped about 12,000 widows so far to start sustainable businesses!
