WAYNESBORO ROTARY CLUB Wild West 2020 Fundraiser online auction.
Starting on September 14, 2020, WAYNESBORO ROTARY CLUB will be auctioning off a number of fun and unique items to bid on to raise money for our organization - and the more items we have the more money we can raise, so we're asking for your help.

The 2020 Waynesboro Fund Raising event scheduled for September 25, 2020 will be somewhat different than the gala?s we have held in previous years due to the COVID-19 restrictions regulating gatherings. Our goal is to create an event as close to those previous year?s galas while providing the required safety measures as defined by the Governor?s phase 3 guidelines. We will be holding the event at Bottles, Lew Dewitt Parkway, Waynesboro, VA primarily outside around their outside fenced in venue as well as in an events tent erected in the parking lot adjacent to the side gates. The tent will house the Live Auction items and be accessible to all attendees.
- Doors open at 5 PM, live music from 5 to 7.
- Live music provided by The Road Less Traveled - Folk Pop Music with an American edge.
- Live auction begins at 7 PM, event ends at 10 PM.
- Admission $25.00 in advance or at the door. Includes access to all games located on premise and the live auction.
- Food and beverage available for purchase from Bottles staff.
- $25.00 raffle ticket to enter the 50 ? 50 raffle. The winner will split the total raffle pot, the more tickets sold, the higher the potential $$ payout.
- Winning ticket will be drawn following the conclusion of the auction, winner not required to be present to win.
New to the fundraiser in 2020 is that our auction will be both online and ending with the live auction Spetember 25 at 7 PM EST.
