If you are unable to pick up your item and would like it to be mailed or shipped please email at email@example.com and let us know within 24 hours of winning your item. When emailing, please let us know your preferred method: mail with regular stamp, priority, insured, or shipped via FedEx or UPS. All shipping charges must be paid by winning bidder.
*It takes 3-5 days to process, prepare, and mail/ship items. You should receive your item within 7 days of the auction closing.

Local pick-up at 22601 Liberty Bell Road, Calabasas is available at the following times:
Monday, March 9, 7:30-8:15am and 1:00-3:00pm
Tuesday, March 10, 7:30-9:00am and 1:00-3:00pm
Wednesday, March 11, 7:30-9:00am and 11:00-1:00pm
There is no pick up necessary for Parties, Chaparral exclusives, Opportunity Drawing for Lunch with your Teacher or Teacher for a Day. You will be emailed this information from the hosts or organizers of the event.
