Heart House Hospice is auctioning off a number of fun and unique items  to raise money for hospice care in the Mississauga and Brampton Communities. 

Over the last 35 years Heart House Hospice has been able to provide men, women, and children living with a serious illness with in-home hospice care in Mississauga and Brampton. We could not have done it without your support. Thank you

The past year has been exceptionally challenging due to the pandemic for many, but Heart House Hospice found new ways to keep serving your community, through virtual counselling, various virtual workshops, virtual fundraising events and a new palliative hospice helpline. With these new tools, the team was able to help families navigate through the news of a palliative diagnosis providing individuals and their loved ones with techniques and services that they need to make every moment count.

Heart House will continue to open doors to improve the quality of life for individuals living with a serious illness and will continue to champion awareness for the need for compassionate hospice care in your community.
