The Enjoy Wisconsin auction runs from October 21-27, 2018, with proceeds going to the Wisconsin Hotel & Lodging Association. Our auction has many wonderful travel related items.

It is important that you take note of any restrictions, expiration dates, blackout dates, or special instructions because all sales are final. No returns will be accepted and no refunds permitted.  We have noted all restrictions under the item's "Special Instructions" that were provided to us.

Travel Items:  All lodging stays are for two people (unless otherwise noted); are subject to availability; cannot be extended beyond the specified expiration date; and require advance registration, notification of certificate use at the time of reservation, and presentation of original documentation upon arrival.  A credit card may be required to confirm a reservation.  Lost or stolen vouchers/certificates cannot be replaced.  Only those services listed in the item description are included.  

PAYMENT:  If you are the winning bidder, payment will be automatically charged to the credit card you provided in your “My Account” profile.  Typically all items are processed within 3 business days.  Your credit card statement will show a charge from “WHLA".  Winners with declined cards will have 3 business days to provide an alternate form of payment.

Your item will be shipped via 1st Class mail after the payment has been processed.  You are responsible and liable for ensuring the accuracy of your shipping address and that a person will be available to sign for the package at the specified address (P.O. boxes are not acceptable); please double-check your "My Account" profile to confirm that your shipping address is 100% correct.  In the event that an alternate shipping address needs to be provided, winning bidders must notify WH&LA via email at whla@wisconsinlodging.org no later than 10 AM on March 17, 2017.

Shipping Travel Items:  WH&LA requires signature receipt on all certificates and vouchers shipped.  Delivery confirmation is required since the certificates/vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.  Shipping outside the U.S.A. will require an additional shipping charge based on location and this will be added prior to processing.  If you are purchasing more than one travel item, we will bundle them into one package.  

FEDERAL INCOME TAX INFORMATION The WH&LA is a 501c6 non-profit organization, however bids are not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution.
