Item Description
In this nostalgic scene, looking north up the Hudson from West Point's high hill on the famous military academy grounds, we see the Day Line steamboat Robert Fulton rounding the bend and passing a sailing yacht regatta of the period. A late afternoon shower crosses the river in the distance over Storm King mountain.
