Through Keene Advisory Group, Eric partners with Fortune 1000 and private client executives to assess staffing needs and develop executive search strategies. He consistently identifies, evaluates and recruits management talent for domestic and international clientele. Formerly with Russell Reynolds Associates, Eric served as a firm-wide leader on diversity and as a member of the Corporate Officers' practice.

Post business school, Eric worked in management consulting with McKinsey & Company serving clients on strategic, operational and organizational engagements. He previously held sales and marketing positions with IBM, O'Connor & Associates and AT&T. Prior to founding Keene Advisory Group he served in executive positions with TaxLogic.com and the Chinese language site LittleCrazy.com

Eric chairs the nominating committee of Bronzeville's Centers for New Horizons and serves on the Board of Directors for the Alumni Association of Case Western Reserve University. He is a member of the CEO Council of Chicago United, the National Association of Corporate Directors and the Economic Club of Chicago. Eric has been quoted in various publications including the Vault Guide to Conquering Corporate America for Women and Minorities, the Black Collegian and Tribune Media Services.

A Shaker Heights native, Eric received his MBA from Case Western Reserve University where he was the recipient of the Weatherhead School of Management's Alumni Association Scholarship. He earned his B.S. in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan , Ann Arbor .

The executives will meet with the winning bidders at a time convenient to both parties, on or before December 1, 2009, except in the case of some celebrities which may carry over to the first quarter of 2010.

Once the winning bid has been validated and collected, CAAO will request the winning bidder's bio/resume and reason for wanting to meet the executive and communicate that information to the executive. CAAO will also pass on the necessary contact information for the winning bidder to make their appointment.

If the winning bidder cancels or wishes to change the date/time of the meeting once it has been scheduled, the winning bidder will be responsible for contacting the executive to communicate any changes.

The winning bidder is responsible for all travel expenses to attend this meeting.
