About the show:

SYNOPSIS: All his life, Evan Hansen has felt invisible. But when a tragic event shocks the community and thrusts him into the center of a rapidly evolving controversy, Evan is given the opportunity of a lifetime: the chance to be somebody else.
About Ben Platt:
Ben Platt originated the role of Evan Hansen at Arena Stage in Washington, D.C. and last season for the production's Off-Broadway run at Second Stage. For the latter he was the winner of the Obie Award for Best Leading Actor in a Musical, and he was also nominated for The Drama League Awards and the Outer Critics Circle Award for Distinguished Performance. Platt was also the original Elder Cunningham in the Chicago production of The Book of Mormon, and reprised the role on Broadway. Onscreen, Platt is best known for his performances as Benji Applebaum in Pitch Perfect and Pitch Perfect 2.

RESTRICTIONS: This prize is available for June 2017 and must be scheduled two weeks in advance. Not available for matinee performances. Scheduling must be mutually agreed upon with Mr. Platt. Some blackout dates may apply.
