their scoop for just 1 hour during the RAF Ice Cream Social at AirVenture (Oshkosh) 2018. That is IF you
meet their expectations. As you can see by reading their qualifications below, not just anyone can do
this job! They have done their research, been trained and tested in order to be chosen to “scoop”.

RAF Director Todd Simmons, President of Customer Experience at Cirrus Aircraft and graduate of
Georgia Tech with a degree in Dairy and Udder Engineering and a minor in Creamery. Took electives in
Specialized Kitchen Utensils; Measuring a world in Pints, Litres and Gallons; Unique Cone Patterns and
Styles; and special guest lectured “Beyond Dippin’ Dots: The Next 31 Flavors”.
John Riordan, first ever RAF Ambassador, Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering graduate of the
George Washington University, works for Williams International. Yes, single and looking for a co-pilot.
Jeff Hamilton, former Accenture Senior Managing Partner, Stearman pilot extraordinaire, reluctantly
attending 50 th reunion this year at University of Montana, still enjoying ice cream.
Bob Gillette, former airline captain for United Airlines and a graduate of the RAF School of Ice Cream
