Item Description

1 Smoked brisket prepared by Rabbi Fish

Brisket is a cut of meat from the breast or lower chest of beef or veal. The beef brisket is one of the nine beef primal cuts, though the precise definition of the cut differs internationally.

Rabbi Ron Fish came to Temple Israel and Sharon on July 1, 2015. The son of a Conservative rabbi, Rabbi Fish grew up in various communities across the United States, but his summer "home" for more than a decade was Camp Ramah in New England where he was a camper, counselor, unit head (rosh edah), teacher and master smoker of brisket.
