Item Description
When designer Inca Soesanto started Fredd & Basha in 2008 (named after his two dogs), it was to have a global mood with a dash of exotic modernism. Inspired by his many years of travels as a designer and merchandiser, Inca created Fredd & Basha in 2008. Inca works closely with specific artisans in creating an aesthetic that is a contrast of material, color and mood. Vintage fabrics with brilliant colors and previously utilized embellishments are collected, washed and re-imagined to create handcrafted pieces that are infused with a stamp of contemporary cool. The artisans who expertly craft Inca’s designs utilize age-old traditions, and reside in Thailand and India.
