From the Artist:
I was a Professor of Chemistry at UVM since 1967 until the early 2000’s. I retired then, but taught for the Art Department for a number of years (drawing classes). I currently teach drawing and painting at the Davis Studio in South Burlington and at other venues around the area (Wood Gallery, Island Arts, etc). I’ve always been painting, but have devoted more time to it in the past 20 years. I have a studio in my home (upstairs) and a frame shop (downstairs).
