Item Description
Combining over 35 years as a practicing Buddhist with 12 years as a life coach focusing -- unsurprisingly -- on the path to greater happiness, Erik Teichmann, The Buddhist Life Coach, is offering a package of three 60-minute sessions.
Coaching is an exciting interactive process where you explore areas of your life where you would like to experience change. Far from being an advisor or expert, the coach's role is to help you find the key that opens the door to answers that -- so far -- have lain hidden inside you. Using questions and a variety of other methods, such as metaphors, to help you see your current or potential life from a very different angle, the coach coaxes you along a path that you create for yourself. This is very powerful and often a lot of fun.
Choosing a coach who has lived as a Buddhist for his entire adult life naturally brings the added advantage that he will not only be eager to help, but also be on the same page as you from the start.
Sessions will be on Zoom, Skype or other videoconferencing platform.
Prospective bidders are welcome to welcome to contact Erik for a free 20 minute consultation to see if coaching is something that would interest them. Email Erik at: erik@thebuddhistlifecoach.com
Erik Teichmann started his first coaching business in Melbourne, Australia, in 2008. After many happy years coaching there, he relocated to Lyon in France in October 2018, and with a new home came a new focus: aiming to serve those, who, like him, see "happiness comes from within" not just as a quotation, but as a path to follow.
