This Rock My Zen design was created with a unique shaped Prehnite bead and Black Tourmaline with the intention to help protect the aura from negative energies. This combination was created specifically for empath protection. 

Each piece of Prehnite is unique in its cut and formation so no two will be exactly alike and will not look exactly like the one pictured. These are natural gemstones so "imperfections" are to be expected and a part of that piece's character. Natural gemstones will vary from shipment to shipment and photos will be updated with current stock when possible.

Prehnite is known as the Healer's stone and helps those who do healing work (includes alternative and traditional medicine) by strengthening the aura and increasing personal protection. They are commonly found with black inclusions but can also be without.

Black Tourmaline is a fantastic protection stone to help repel negative energy by transmuting it into positive energy. It also helps to keep the wearer calm and grounded when needed.

All Rock My Zen bracelets are energetically cleansed, infused with Reiki and set with intention before shipping.

Because these are natural gemstones, there may be natural markings that will only make your bracelet more unique. This does not affect the energy and intent of your bracelet.

It is recommended that Rock My Zen bracelets not be worn in the water or worn during any water-related activity like in the shower or doing dishes other than cleansing as long term exposure to water can harden and break the elastic.

Says Joyce of Rock My Zen, "I am a Reiki Master practitioner / Certified Crystal Healer. I truly believe in the healing benefits of crystals and wanted to continue helping people outside of my massage practice. After friends started coming to me for help using crystals, I realized not everyone can carry rocks with them at all times so I started making bracelets using semi-precious and crystal beads. A lot of thought and care was put into each creation. I not only tried to pair crystals that work well with each other but also complement one another aesthetically."
