Item Description
A Day in the Life
O'Connell Family Wines, Napa, CA
Stay with Vintners Gabrielle and Wayne O'Connell for 3 nights at their personal and private historic 3-bedroom vineyard estate guest house in Napa Valley. The house comfortably accommodates up to 6 people, with one King and two Queen beds, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a lovely patio with dining table and grill adjacent to the vineyard.
Walk through the certified organic vineyard and gardens with Gabrielle as she brings to life the seasons of the vineyard, the lavender field and olive grove. This private estate is not open to the public.
What is now the O'Connell estate was first planted to grapes in the 1850s and was proclaimed the best vineyard land in California. It became home to silent movie actress Lenore Sterns, who hosted her friends John Wayne, Ginger Rogers and Fred Astaire for weekend getaways.
You'll also taste the estate harvest bounty at Gabrielle Collection taste+ in Napa with a VIP flight of wine and bites that embrace the season with ingredients grown at the O'Connell Family estate.
And join Gabrielle and Wayne on the grand lawn for a family glass of wine from their personal wine collection accented with a lavish charcuterie board. You will come as a guest and leave as a friend.
